Training For Business Leaders and Employees Serving Chinese Customers

We provide a number of online courses and short workshops for Australian based learners wishing to improve their skills in serving Chinese customers who are living in Australia or visiting Australia.

We also provide an accredited qualification called the Certificate III in Customer Engagement. This course is ideal for all staff involved in serving customers. It is relevant to all types of businesses and has a focus on understanding, engaging and delighting all customers, with additional training about Chinese customers. This Certificate is very beneficial for young people entering the world of work for perhaps the first time.

For eligible employees, they will be able to complete the Certificate III under the Australian Apprenticeship and Training program. Where this is the case the accredited training can be delivered at work through our LIVE@WORK Campus platform.  Learning through LIVE@WORK Campus meaning that the learning happens with live training with the learner at work and the assessments take the form of projects and practice in the workplace. That means the employer gets the knowledge and skills applied at work to the benefit of the business. The employee builds knowledge, skills and confidence and earns a respected Australian qualification. Many employers with eligible employees may receive up to $4,000 per employee towards the cost of this accredited training.
